Terms & Conditions

 

Please note these terms and conditions are applicable to all Sales and Supplies of Goods and Services by Style Ideas Ltd T/A Style! and throughout this document referred to as Style!

1 - These terms and conditions will apply to all orders for goods and services placed with Style! not withstanding anything to the contrary which maybe contained in the Customer’s documentation, communication in any form or order form. No variation of these conditions will be of any effect unless expressly agreed and authorised by Style! in writing.

2 - The description and price of the goods you order will be as shown in the Style! showroom, current catalogue or on its website at the time you place your order. Payment for all goods purchased from Style! must be paid in full before delivery. If the full amount has not been paid then Style! will refuse to deliver.

3 - The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Style! will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

4 - Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown in Style!’s showroom or shown on its website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, then Style! will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, Sryle! will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

5 - In addition to the price, you will be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods, as shown in the section of the Style!’s showroom or website about delivery.

6 - The price of the goods and delivery charges are inclusive of VAT.

7 - The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, except that deliveries are not made outside the United Kingdom, and some parts of the United Kingdom are not covered – please ask for more information.

8 - If delivery cannot be made to your address, then Style! will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery or arrange an alternative delivery date.

9 - If there is no one at the address given who is competent to accept delivery of the goods, you will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods and there will be a charge for this.

10 - Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted, and in any event within 30 days of your order except for Special orders. However, Style! will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Style! will inform you as soon as possible.

You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.

11 - Style! may change these terms of sale without notice to you in relation to future sales.

12 - The goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, then Style! will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or recredit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods.

13 - The Customer will accept delivery of the goods within fourteen days of notification that the goods are available for delivery. However, Style! will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, Style! will inform you as soon as possible.

14 - If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Style! at your own cost. The goods must be returned to the address shown overleaf. You must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged in the meantime or in transit – if they are then Style! will refuse to accept them.

15 - Style! will only accept a maximum of 10% of returns of the original quantity ordered/purchased being returned for any reason.

16 - Any damages at the point of delivery should be notified to Style immediately. If Style! has not been notified immediately then Style! will refuse to exchange or refund any money.
